Responsibilities:

1. Be the subject matter expert regarding Salesforce, its use, implementation, governance, and development/customization
2. Build customer-specific solutions on the Force.com platform using Lightning Components, Apex, and Visual Force
3. Manage user, profile, role, and license configuration of Salesforce users
4. Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
5. Manage ongoing Salesforce object/field/record/page layout customization
6. Create and manage Salesforce reports & dashboards

Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

1. Salesforce Developer certification is required.

2. 6+ years of Salesforce Developer hands-on experience in LWC, Lightning Flows, and Apex.
3. Working knowledge in REST API, SOAP-based web services, Apex, and SOQL, SOSL.
4. Experience or knowledge in

   Salesforce

   Non-Profit

   Cloud

   is an added advantage
5. Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
6. Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components,
7. Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,
8. Self-starter who can multi-task and work independently
9. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
10. Detail-oriented individuals with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
