About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Python AI Model Developer to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models that solve complex business problems and deliver measurable value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models using Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks
• Implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data preprocessing to model deployment
• Optimize model performance through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and algorithm selection
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Deploy models to production environments and monitor their performance in real-world scenarios
• Conduct model validation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
• Stay current with latest AI/ML research and integrate innovative techniques into existing workflows
• Document model architecture, methodologies, and results for stakeholder communication
• Troubleshoot and debug model issues in development and production environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related technical field
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing AI/ML models in Python
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, matplotlib/seaborn)
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation techniques
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization
• Knowledge of SQL and working with databases
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Experience deploying models to production using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision projects
• Familiarity with model optimization techniques and edge deployment
• Experience with API development (FastAPI, Flask)

Technical Skills

• Programming:

  Python (advanced), SQL, basic knowledge of R or Scala

• ML/AI Frameworks:

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM

• Data Tools:

  pandas, NumPy, Jupyter, Apache Spark

• Cloud Platforms:

  AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3) or equivalent Azure services

• Development Tools:

  Git, Docker, Linux/Unix command line

• Databases:

  PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
