Role summary:

We are looking for a Senior Designer to drive high-impact visual storytelling across marketing, sales, partnerships, and internal initiatives. You will own the execution of enterprise-grade design assets, from sales decks and product collaterals to campaign creatives, ensuring visual consistency, clarity, and brand integrity across all touchpoints. This role requires someone who can translate complex cybersecurity, risk, and compliance concepts into clear, credible, and compelling visuals.

What you’ll do

• Design and deliver end-to-end visual assets for Marketing campaigns, sales and partner enablement decks, product and solution collaterals, and Events, conferences, and thought leadership content.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for CXOs, regulators, and enterprise customers.
• Ensure visual consistency and brand adherence across all OPTIMAS® materials.
• Translate complex ideas and technical narratives into clean, intuitive visual designs.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
• Manage multiple design requests and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to and improve design standards, templates, and best practices.

Must-have skills

• 4–8 years of professional experience in graphic/visual design.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, especially for Corporate decks and Sales & executive presentations.
• Strong understanding of print and digital design principles.
• Ability to balance creativity with business clarity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to have (not mandatory)

• Experience with After Effects or basic motion graphics.
• Exposure to B2B, enterprise, SaaS, cybersecurity, or BFSI domains.
• Experience working with brand systems and design templates at scale.
