Job Summary

Senior Designer

Role & responsibilities

Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts using industry-standard design tools
Translate briefs, concepts, and narratives into visually engaging designs
Design assets including social media creatives, marketing collaterals, presentations, and digital content
Collaborate with account managers, content marketers, and stakeholders to deliver effective project outcomes
Determine layout, typography, color palettes, and visual hierarchy for optimal communication
Ensure timely delivery of designs with minimal rework while maintaining quality standards
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Understand video narratives and contribute to storytelling through basic video editing and sequencing (where required)

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
2-6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design roles
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Proficiency in Figma with a good understanding of UI/UX principles
Basic knowledge of video editing tools and techniques (editing, sequencing, transitions)
A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work (and video projects, if any)
High attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics
Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
