Senior Graphic Designer

• Strong command over

  visual design, layout, typography, and brand aesthetics

• 3+ years of full-time experience

  as a graphic designer at a reputed advertising, branding, or digital agency
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere is a plus)
• Ability to design across

  digital, print, branding, social media, and campaign assets

• Strong conceptual thinking with attention to detail and consistency
• Ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced, collaborative team environment

• Experience in

  real estate, infrastructure, or corporate branding

  is a plus
• Ability to understand briefs and convert them into clean, premium, on-brand visuals

• Design high-quality creatives for

  social media, websites, brochures, hoardings, presentations, films, and marketing collaterals

• Develop visual concepts, campaign designs, and brand systems aligned with GAP Group’s positioning
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and leadership to deliver cohesive communication
• Create layouts, grids, visual hierarchies, and design frameworks for large brand assets
• Support branding initiatives including

  brand identity systems, typography, color palettes, and design guidelines

• Ensure consistency and quality across all GAP Group brands and projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, campaign ideation, and internal design reviews
• Support internal teams with design requirements for

  events, HR communication, corporate announcements, and presentations
