Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable Full-Stack Developer who can build end-to-end web applications — from intuitive user interfaces to scalable server-side systems. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving ability, writes clean and maintainable code, and embraces AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery without compromising engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, scalable, and user-centric web applications across the full stack.
• Build reusable and performant UI components with clean state management patterns.
• Architect backend services with robust APIs and efficient data models.
• Own features from concept to deployment, including testing and monitoring in production environments.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Write modular, testable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Use AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor IDE, etc.) for prototyping, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a root-cause mindset.

Required Skills

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Redux / Zustand / RTK Query, Tailwind/Material UI
• Backend: Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask), REST/GraphQL API development
• Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB (any one must-have; PostgreSQL preferred)
• Version Control & CI/CD: Git, GitHub/GitLab Actions, Docker familiarity
• AI Development Tools: Practical experience using tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor IDE, or equivalent for coding/reviews/testing
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and security best practices
• Comfort working in an agile, product-focused development environment

Nice to Have (Bonus)

• Cloud deployment experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Exposure to microservices or event-driven systems
• Experience with DevOps tooling and observability
• Interest in ML/AI product integration
