Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our fast-growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Spring, Python, Angular, and PostgreSQL, along with a good understanding of cloud-based architectures. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance applications across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, integrate and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java, Python, Angular, and PostgreSQL. • System Design & Architecture: Participate in designing system components, APIs, and data models to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Cloud Integration: Build and deploy applications on cloud environments (AWS and Azure), ensuring best practices in scalability, security, and cost optimization.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and QA teams to translate functional requirements into efficient technical implementations.

• Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and testable code, adhering to coding standards and conducting peer code reviews

• Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve application performance and reliability.

• Automation & CI/CD: Contribute to building automated testing, deployment pipelines, and continuous integration workflows.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, APIs, and development processes.

• Innovation: Explore emerging technologies and frameworks to continually enhance development efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in full stack development with demonstrated experience in both frontend and backend technologies. • Technical Expertise:

• Development Practices: Familiarity with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, Git based workflows, and containerization (Docker).

• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and debugging skills, with a focus on building robust and scalable systems

• Methodology: Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes and tools such as JIRA or GitHub Projects.
