Senior Finance Manager

MAX OVERVIEW:

Max Healthcare Institute Limited ("Max Healthcare") is one of India’s largest healthcare organizations. We operate 22 healthcare facilities (5000+ beds), 30+ specialities and 5000+ clinicians across the NCR Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. Almost 85% of our bed capacity is in Metro/Tier 1 cities. Apart from hospitals, Max Healthcare also operates a homecare business and pathology business under brand names Max@Home and Max Labs respectively. Max@Home offers health and wellness services at home while Max Lab provides Pathology Services outside our hospital network.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead financial reporting and consolidation for all MHIL entities (hospitals, oncology centre, day care, HO).
• Ensure compliance with Company Law, SEBI regulations, dividend and FOCC-related matters, and director-related legal provisions.
• Manage and presenting data for MDRs, monthly and quarterly closing, and ensure accurate IND-AS adjustments and IGAP reconciliations.
• Prepare Board-level presentations for quarterly reviews.
• Oversee internal & statutory audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review general ledgers across units to ensure accounting accuracy and process adherence.
• Drive financial governance, process improvements, and adherence to reporting standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 direct reports.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years

  of post-qualification experience.
• Must have worked with a

  listed company or a Big 4 firm.

• Strong knowledge of IND-AS, Company Law, SEBI & related compliances.
• Hands-on experience in monthly/quarterly closing, consolidations, and board reporting.
• Proven leadership skills in managing a finance team.
• Excellent analytical, governance, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
