As a Financial Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting using Zoho Books/Zoho Finance modules. Your duties will include generating P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, and MIS dashboards. You will be tasked with reconciling accounts and maintaining financial data integrity, as well as implementing workflow automation using Zoho tools. In addition to financial reporting, you will be involved in portfolio management, where you will monitor financial portfolios such as investments, advances, and internal loans. Your role will include tracking ROI, risks, and supporting strategic asset allocation, providing analytical insights for management decisions. Ensuring statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax, will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will coordinate with internal, external, and statutory auditors to meet compliance requirements. You will also oversee banking and treasury operations, liaising with banks for fund management and documentation, as well as monitoring working capital and treasury activities. Further, you will be responsible for MIB & Regulatory Compliance, ensuring timely submission of reports and compliance with MIB norms. You will coordinate with MIB, TRAI, and other regulatory authorities as necessary. Collaboration with various departments such as HR, Legal, Marketing, Production, and Operations will be essential. You will support budgeting for special projects and events, as well as streamline financial processes for better control and transparency. Key Skills & Competencies: - Expertise in Zoho Books and other Zoho finance applications. - Strong grasp of accounting standards and regulatory compliance. - Analytical mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple portfolios and stakeholders. - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools. Qualifications: - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with a minimum of 10 years of experience. - Preferably from media, entertainment, or service sectors. - Prior experience with Zoho accounting software is desirable.,
