Senior Finance Analyst, Product Finance

Expedia Group's Product Finance team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to partner closely with Product leaders to actively manage Product priorities and drive positive financial results.We are looking for candidates who are intellectually curious and ready to drive forward and measure growth opportunities. This is a high exposure role within a multifaceted organization requiring in-depth knowledge of the details while articulating the story in a simple and compelling way.
In This Role, You Will
- Partner with Product leadership to provide decision support in collaboration with Strategy and Analytics business partners.
- Become a subject matter expert on how the Product Division creates and measures financial value.
- Build and maintain financial models to support planning and investment decisions.
- Lead performance discussions and carry out root cause analysis to help manage risks and uncover profitability opportunities
- Perform ad-hoc analyses in a timely and informative manner
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or any other related fields; or equivalent related professional experience
- 4-6 years of work experience in a similar commercial, analytical, and business partnering role within Finance
- Expertise using data to improve complex models and drive better decision making.
- Have a passion for inspiring change and continuous improvement.
- Advanced skillsets in excel modeling and report automation
- Proven capability to succinctly synthesize findings, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with Hyperion Planning/Essbase is desired
