☀️ Job Description: Solar Sales Field ExecutiveOverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Solar Sales Field Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers face-to-face, conducting site assessments, and closing deals for residential and commercial solar installations. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and driving the adoption of clean energy solutions. 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits within the assigned territory. Customer Engagement: Meet with prospective customers to understand their energy needs, present customized solar solutions, and demonstrate the financial and environmental benefits of solar power. Site Assessment: Conduct preliminary site visits to evaluate suitability for solar panel installation and gather necessary technical data. Proposal Development: Prepare professional, detailed, and accurate sales proposals and contracts. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the company's CRM system. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, new solar technologies, and competitor activities. ✨ Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Proven field sales experience, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or a related technical sales field (e.g., inverters, batteries, electrical goods). Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of solar technology, electrical systems, and the installation process is highly preferred. Mandatory Requirement: Must own a personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for daily field travel. Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 💰 Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary plus an attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
