Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR and Operations Manager to lead and manage our internal staff across multiple functions including sales, marketing, labor management, salary administration, leave management, and overall internal operations. This role is crucial to enhancing our organizational effectiveness and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of employees across all departments. 2. Develop and implement strategies for sales and marketing in collaboration with department heads. 3. Manage labor relations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and fostering a positive working environment. 4. Administer payroll, salary reviews, and benefits to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices. 5. Monitor and manage employee leave requests and ensure proper workforce management. 6. Streamline internal operations by refining processes and implementing effective policies. 7. Foster a culture of open communication and continuous improvement within the organization. Qualifications: 8. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 9. Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and labor management. 10. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
