The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage solar panel mounting, perform basic civil work (drilling, grouting, structure fixing), and handle electrical wiring, inverter connections, and AC/DC cabling. You must be comfortable working on rooftops and handling tools like drilling machines, angle cutters, etc. Knowledge of electrical safety and previous experience in solar installation will be given preference.
