Senior Fashion Consultant

Job Summary:
As a Senior Fashion Consultant, you will be the style authority for our customers, providing expert fashion advice and personalized styling solutions. You will combine your deep understanding of fashion trends, customer preferences, and retail operations to drive sales, enhance customer experiences, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Styling:
• Provide personalized fashion advice to customers, understanding their style, body type, and preferences.
• Recommend and create complete outfits, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist customers in making informed fashion choices while maintaining the brand’s aesthetic.
• Sales & Targets:
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Track customer purchases and follow up for loyalty and retention.
• Analyze buying trends to optimize stock and display recommendations.
• Fashion Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated on global and local fashion trends, fabrics, and seasonal collections.
• Provide insights to the store and merchandising teams on emerging trends and customer preferences.
• Visual Merchandising & Presentation:
• Ensure that product displays are visually appealing and aligned with the brand’s image.
• Assist in planning store layouts and thematic displays for seasonal collections.
• Mentorship & Team Collaboration:
• Mentor junior fashion consultants and sales associates, providing guidance on styling techniques and customer interaction.
• Support store management in training and performance management.
• Collaborate with buying, marketing, and visual merchandising teams for cohesive brand representation.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Maintain a strong network of loyal customers and enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fashion retail or styling, preferably with luxury or premium brands.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, designers, and styling techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing customer experience.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising and styling software (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
