Senior Fashion Consultant – Sales (Women’s Designer Label) Female Candidates Only | Full-Time | Open to Travel for Exhibitions & Events

We are hiring a Senior Fashion Consultant to lead premium client experience, sales growth and store excellence for our women’s designer wear label. The ideal candidate is a dynamic fashion professional with strong styling skills, deep customer engagement expertise and proven success in designer garment retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal styling and consultation to clients, ensuring a luxurious buying experience
• Drive WhatsApp + in-store sales, achieve monthly KPIs and ensure strong conversion rates
• Lead store operations including visual merchandising, billing, SOP compliance and inventory control
• Maintain and expand the client database, ensure proactive follow-ups and sustained relationship building
• Coordinate with production teams for alterations, customisations and urgent client requirements
• Plan and represent the brand at exhibitions, events and pop-ups in Delhi & across India (travel required)
• Monitor and report store performance, customer feedback and inventory trends
• Champion exceptional client servicing and ensure a seamless luxury brand experience at all touchpoints

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience in women’s designer wear retail / premium fashion brands (mandatory)
• Degree in Fashion Design / Fashion Styling / Fashion Communication
• Excellent communication, styling sense and high-value client engagement skills
• Confident in building long-term customer relationships and managing premium clientele
• Strong sales orientation, coordination and multitasking
• Based in Delhi NCR and open to travel for exhibitions & brand events

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
