About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused senior fashion consultant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in the showroom and understand their needs
• Demonstrate products effectively to showcase their features and benefits
• Drive sales by converting leads and achieving targets and maintain a welcoming showroom environment for customers.
• Manage product displays to attract and retain customer interest
• Provide top-tier customer service to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Qualifications Required:
• Experience in showroom operations and product display management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
• Proven ability in customer service and client relationship management. Sales expertise with the ability to convert leads and achieve targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Working Details:

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Weekly Off: 1 week off as per your convenience
