E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Manager to support our online retail operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our Ecommerce platforms. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in product listing management, order fulfillment, online marketing campaigns, and maintaining the overall performance of the online store. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional service to our customers and drive online sales. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment Product Listing Management Advertising & Promotions Inventory Management Competitor & Market Research Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field and diploma in marketing. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in E-Commerce, retail, or digital marketing. Skills : Proficiency with E-Commerce platforms. Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing techniques. Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or other reporting tools. Strong communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with online marketplaces like Ecommerce platforms. Knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising. Familiarity with email marketing tools .
