Job Title: E-commerce Manager Job Summary: The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling the companys presence across multiple online platforms. The role includes business performance management, listing optimisation, inventory coordination, campaign execution, and collaboration with platform teams to ensure consistent availability and sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage business performance and revenue across e-commerce platforms Track sales, margins, advertising spend, and profitability Create and optimise product listings with accurate content and keywords Plan and monitor platform-led advertising campaigns Manage inventory availability and coordinate replenishment with internal teams Ensure timely order fulfilment and operational compliance Coordinate with platform managers for promotions, visibility, and growth initiatives Support new product launches on online marketplaces Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback Support basic website (D2C) coordination and performance tracking Experience Required: 2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Big Basket, Instamart, or similar Experience in FMCG, grocery, food, or consumer products preferred Skills Required: Strong Excel and data analysis skills Knowledge of marketplace ads and performance metrics Understanding of inventory management and fulfilment operations Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple platforms and SKUs
