Job description WHAT WILL YOU DO IN Npure Lifescience Pvt Ltd ? Managing Platforms Like Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Big Basket, 1mg etc Demand and supply projections and planning - internally as well as with external partners such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto etc., The desired candidate must be proficient in analytics, derive insights from available data and make strategic decisions for seamless Ecommerce operations Hold strong relationships with stakeholders and PoCs across all Ecommerce channels. Ensures synchronization in end-to-end supply chain and processes related to Ecommerce operations. Responsible to manage On-Shelf Availability of products across all Ecommerce channels Manage RTV, post delivery issues, limit returns and sales losses efficiently Propose data driven suggestions to optimize our Ecommerce operations. SKILLS REQUIRED The desired candidate must be proficient in analytics, derive insights from available data and make strategic decisions. Prior experience with Ecommerce operations is a must. Key Responsibilities Manage revenue reconciliation with ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) and D2C website. Track payments, returns, deductions, and chargebacks from ecommerce partners. Oversee inventory reconciliation between warehouse, ERP, and marketplace portals. Assist in monthly P&L reporting, MIS, and variance analysis for ecommerce business. Coordinate with operations, sales, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements for ecommerce transactions. Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for online business. Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance (MBA/CA Inter preferred). 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts for ecommerce or FMCG/D2C companies. Strong knowledge of Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and ecommerce dashboards . Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
