Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer (Women’s Wear) to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and color palettes, with the ability to translate concepts into stylish, market-ready garments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research global fashion trends, silhouettes, colors, and fabrics for upcoming seasons.
• Design and develop women’s wear collections aligned with brand aesthetics and market demand.
• Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and tech packs for production.
• Coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure quality and timely execution of designs.
• Source and select suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories.
• Attend fittings and make necessary adjustments for perfect silhouettes and finish.
• Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams for product launches and campaigns.
• Maintain design archives and documentation of past and current collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Design or related field (NIFT, Pearl, JD, or equivalent institute preferred).
• 2–6 years of experience in women’s wear (Western / Fusion / Occasion wear).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of pattern making, draping, and garment construction.
• Excellent eye for detail, creativity, and color coordination.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
