Job Description:

We are looking for a Fashion Advisor to join our retail sales team at House of Fett, a premium women’s wear brand. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, customer service, and styling. You will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their preferences, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers with a positive attitude.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or styles.
• Provide styling advice and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Manage visual merchandising and stock display as per brand standards.
• Handle billing, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter/store.
• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail sales (premium or designer brands preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in fashion, trends, and styling.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
