Your day to day is:

· Franchise Sales : Identify and onboard franchisees, and expand the franchise network. Selling EMOHA franchise to Indian clients.

· Performance Tracking: Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards highlighting conversions, daily compliance, and hygiene metrics.

· Lead Conversion: Calling on leads generated through various online and offline campaigns

· Target Achievement: Drive yourself to achieve monthly targets for franchise and other conversions as allocated.

· Outbound Calling: Making calls (minimum 80- 100) to potential customers to explain about EMOHA and about Emoha’s franchise.

· Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the company and franchisees. Foster positive relationships, address concerns, and provide ongoing support to ensure franchisees have necessary resources to succeed.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

· Proven track record of achieving monthly targets consistently.

· Must have sold high-ticket products, above INR 3 lakh/unit

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· CRM management & Daily input reporting

· Monthly Sales Target Achievement.

· Maintain conversion rate, AHT & Quality score.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

· BBA / Business Graduate

· MBA - Preferred

Experience Required:

· Minimum 2+ years of sales management experience in a franchise acquisition.
