We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling travel packages and services to clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities Proactively sell travel packages, flights, hotels, and tours to individual and group clients. Handle inbound/outbound sales calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Build customized travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences. Provide detailed information on travel destinations, costs, accommodations, and activities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Stay updated on industry trends, destination knowledge, and promotions. Process bookings using internal systems and ensure proper documentation and payments. Resolve customer complaints or issues before, during, or after travel. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and logistics. Qualifications Proven experience in travel sales or a related customer service/sales role (minimum 1–3 years preferred). Strong knowledge of travel products (e.g., airlines, hotels, travel insurance, visa requirements). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service. Proficient in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
