Job Summary:


The RMG Specialist at LatentView Analytics will be responsible for end-to-end workforce planning, including resource allocation, bench management, demand-supply mapping, and deployment across multiple projects. This role requires strong coordination with business units, proactive planning, and ownership of staffing decisions to ensure optimal resource utilization and alignment with business priorities.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Resource Allocation & Deployment

  • Manage end-to-end resource allocation for projects across multiple accounts.
  • Align supply with demand by coordinating with Delivery Managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Maintain and update bench resource pool for timely deployment.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a single point of contact for Delivery/Project Managers regarding resource queries.
  • Engage with Business Leaders and HR to forecast short-term and long-term requirements.
  • Escalate fulfillment challenges to leadership with solution-oriented recommendations.

Forecasting & Planning

  • Track demand pipeline, attrition trends, and hiring requirements.
  • Maintain demand vs. supply trackers and dashboards.
  • Support business growth by aligning workforce planning with strategic priorities.

Governance & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate updates of allocations, deployments, and movements in internal systems.
  • Share weekly/monthly utilization and resource reports with leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with staffing policies and organizational guidelines.

Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in existing RMG processes and recommend improvements.
  • Drive automation, standardization, and reporting enhancements.
  • Employee Engagement & Feedback
  • Communicate feedback and deployment updates to bench resources.
  • Support re-skilling and cross-skilling initiatives.
  • Partner with L&D to track and align upskilling programs with demand trends.

Required Skills


  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent/Resource Management domain.
  • Proven expertise in resource management, demand-supply planning, bench management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards/tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
