Good experience in a direct sale role with organizations across industries. Prior Real Estate work experience will be preferred.

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual, who has worked with well-known organizations, with proven track record in a highly competitive market. Should possess exceptional communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to develop strong professional relationships.

  • Experience to Source potential leads

    ( 2 Crs & above)

  • Ability & demonstrated experience in forging professional network.
  • Experience of having led BTL activations for HNI clients.
  • Experience of having collaborated with luxury brands across other industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive direct sales for SOBHA Elysia by engaging prospective buyers, high-net-worth individuals, and end-users.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets in the range of

    6 to 8 crore

    , ensuring consistent pipeline development.
  • Conduct personalized presentations, site visits, and client consultations to showcase the features and value of SOBHAs high-end residences.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a deep understanding of luxury living standards, interior excellence, and premium lifestyle offerings.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge, market awareness, and competitive insights relevant to the luxury real estate segment.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high conversion ratios and repeat referrals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, sales reports, and CRM updates as per organizational standards.
  • Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets. Leverage on a strong network of Channel Partners (CP) and existing customers to achieve set targets.
  • Deliver sales numbers as per business plan, both in terms of sourcing - ensure completion of sales targets on a consistent basis through the year.
