As a Senior Executive - Sales at our company located in Noida, your role is crucial in driving revenue growth through the identification, development, and maintenance of key client relationships. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Collaboration with the sales team and management to implement sales strategies, contribute to marketing efforts, and deliver exceptional customer service is essential. Your ability to manage multiple accounts, navigate complex sales cycles, and adapt strategies to meet client needs will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base. - Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Conduct detailed product presentations and offer tailored solutions to meet client requirements. - Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals to achieve revenue goals. - Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. - Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and provide accurate reporting of sales activities. - Stay ahead in the industry by monitoring market trends and competitor activities. - Enhance brand visibility and generate leads by attending industry events and networking opportunities. - Provide valuable feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings based on customer needs.
