Company Secretary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, and for supporting the board in matters of corporate governance, legal obligations, and company administration. Key Responsibilities : Ensure the company complies with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements. Organize, prepare, and attend board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs), including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions. Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries. File necessary documents and returns with regulatory authorities (e.g., Registrar of Companies). Advise the board and company executives on legal and governance matters. Coordinate communication between the board, shareholders, and regulatory bodies. Ensure proper management of company records and official correspondence. Support the implementation of corporate policies and procedures. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.
