Description
Scanning/ Scouting of new businessopportunities & tenders across various clients/ donors websites Comprehending RFPs, Terms of Reference (ToRs), Expression of Interest (EOIs)and coordination with technical teams for end-to-end EOI and Proposaldevelopment. Understanding MSCs past work/projects and where and how these projects arerelevant to the RFPs/EOIs Proactive scouting of donors, strategicpartners, consultants, and documentation of the same Analysing data as it pertains to proposal submissions, win rates, andopportunities and presenting the analysis articulately to senior management. Maintaining and up-dating various databases owned by SI in MS-Word, MS-Excel,coordinating with Technical Teams for updating databases. Supporting in the preparation of reports (MS-Excel, PPT or word), donorscoping, competitor analysis, quarterly proposal reporting, collaterals andother documents. Co-ordinating with internal teams-Administration, Knowledge Management,Finance/Legal as per work requirements. Performing other related duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelors/ masters degreein English, Business Management, or equivalent fields. Minimum two years of experience in banking andfinancial services/ consulting/ related sector. Others with related backgroundswho are interested may also feel free to apply Prior experience in MIS, database management,business development, CRM roles will be an added advantage Proficient with Microsoft Office Suiteapplications including Word and PowerPoint. Dexterity and strong capabilities(including macros) using Microsoft Excel and other Google-supported databases. Skills and competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication andlanguage (English) skills Proficiency in MS-Word, MS Powerpoint and Advancedin MS-Excel Knowledge of the financial services sector and/orfinancial inclusion in developing countries/role of digital in financialinclusion and general awareness about developments and major donors within thesector is desirable Experience in high-level or C-level executivesearch/ facilitating partnerships/ business development is an added advantage Willingness to work in a demanding, andresults-oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently Ability to work in a deadline-bound environmentand beyond regular working hours, as and when required Ability to update datafields, synthesize data, and conduct data analytics Good team player, ability to work with a globalteam and self-starter willing to take initiative Ability to effectively present to internal teamsto deliver trainings or external teams to provide company overview andcapabilities Ability to effectively communicate information andideas in written and spoken format. Solid knowledge of the English language andcapacity to write concise and articulate business emails with little to nosupervision
