Job Description: Conduct feasibility analysis for new products proposals Conduct laboratory experiment to generate data to support scale-up decision making Do product and facility fitment to optimize overhead and capex Execute processes in Kilo Lab to verify it on pilot scale and development of data required for design of commercial scale plants Collect data to the development of the Basic Engineering Package (BEP) Provide process engineering support to the Production department Ensure quality, yield and productivity before transferring the process to production Collect R&D data, Kilo Lab data, Plant data to conduct data analysis of different parameters for process improvements Ensure timely release of documents for new products Ensure target RMC & OH are achieved on scale Ensure the desired quality and productivity of new molecules as per business plan Ensure achievement of cost saving initiatives to achieve targeted saving in time frame Work closely with Cross Functional Team while demonstrating commitment to Biocon’s values, vision & mission Must have strong knowledge of fundamentals of Chemical Engineering topics, e.g. Unit operations, Heat & Mass Transfer, Reaction Engineering, Fluid Mechanics etc. Education Qualification: B.Tech Instrumentation | B.Tech Electrical & Electronics Communication Work Experience: 1 to 4 years of scale-up experience Preferred Skill Set: Shift Maintenance Activity CSV Activity PM Activity Preferable Pharma Experience Show more Show less
