Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC) is a not-for-profit organisation registered under Sec.8 of the Indian Companies Act, 2013. Established by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), and the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), LSC aims to ensure skill training and upskilling for the logistics workforce. LSC collaborates with industry stakeholders, government bodies, training providers, and academic institutions to identify skill gaps in the logistics sector and create training programs to address these gaps. LSC is an approved awarding body under NCVET, with flagship e-learning portals for online certificate programs and executive development.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive located in Chennai. The Senior Executive will be responsible for daily task management, ensuring operational efficiency, analysing data, and providing customer support and service. Key responsibilities include maintaining apprenticeship contracts through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and manage data
• Customer Support, Customer Service, and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams (Hindi is beneficial)
• Relevant experience in the logistics industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
