Execute internal audits, risk assessments, and audit planning activities to ensure financial and operational integrity.
Evaluate internal controls and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Prepare detailed audit reports and recommend improvements to enhance control effectiveness.
Conduct process audits, financial reviews, and data analytics to identify inefficiencies and potential risks.
Perform ERP-based control testing and utilize forensic audit techniques for fraud detection and prevention.
Use analytical tools and audit software to monitor trends and highlight red flags.
Ensure adherence to SOX, ICFR, and organizational policies.
Strengthen internal control systems through ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
Track remediation plans and ensure timely closure of identified audit gaps.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to management and stakeholders.
Demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Drive implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and IT teams for integrated audits and enterprise-wide control reviews.
Facilitate discussions and workshops to align functions on audit findings and risk mitigation strategies.
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
2–5 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or governance roles.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, ACL, etc.
