Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Trichy. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including enforcing company policies and practices. They will manage the recruitment and selection process, develop, and implement HR strategies, and manage employee benefits and benefits administration. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor regulations and supporting employee performance management and training programs.

Qualifications

• MBA-HR / MSW or related field
• Min (5-7 yrs) Experience (Mandatory) required as Generalist
• Immediate Joiner's preferred
• Work location-Trichy near Central Bus Stand, Cantonment.

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
