Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, located in Gurugram. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, administering HR policies, fostering employee relations, and overseeing various HR management tasks, including recruitment in eCommerce and IT. The role requires close collaboration with teams to ensure effective HR practices are in place and align with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources skills
• Experience in HR Operations and administering HR Policies
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the e-commerce or IT industry is a plus
• Prior Experience in hiring, onboarding, and exit formalities
• Experience in the Performance Management of employees
• Strong ability to liasion with the team and management on various aspects of business
