Role Overview: As the Sr./Executive HR , you will play a pivotal role in managing payroll coordination, maintaining HRMS data, and addressing employee queries. You will also provide critical support to the Lead - Candidate Experience and Lead - Employee Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives. Your efforts will ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll Coordination: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, by providing correct information on employee attendance, leave, lunch deductions, new employee additions, separations, etc. on a timely manner every month. Collaborate with the Finance team and external vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. 2. HRMS Management: Update and maintain HRMS data, including new employee onboarding, employee details, separation processes, etc. on a real time basis . Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the HRMS system. Generate reports as needed for the HR and leadership review. 3. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution. Foster a supportive environment by addressing employee concerns with empathy and professionalism. Promote open communication and adherence to company policies. 4. Recruitment & Onboarding Support Assist the Lead - Candidate Experience with scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing candidate communication. Support onboarding activities, including documentation, and orientation for new hires. 5. Employee Engagement Support: Assist the Lead - Employee Experience in organizing engagement activities, team-building events, and company-wide initiatives. Help coordinate logistics for workshops, town halls, and recognition programs. 6. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all HR processes adhere to labor laws and company policies. Maintain up-to-date employee records and audit-ready documentation on a real time basis. Key Skills & Qualifications: Education : Full Time Masters degree in Human Resource Management. Experience : 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, including Payroll & HR Operations HR Technology : Proficiency in HRMS software and payroll systems.
