Senior Executive - HR Operations

Role Overview: As a part of TechnipFMC, you will play a crucial role in driving real change in the energy industry by performing HR transaction processing and ensuring the quality and compliance of employee data management. Your work will involve processing and quality checking, process reporting and training, queue management, maintaining SLAs, updating SOPs, ensuring compliance with internal policies, process improvement, and providing timely updates to TL and onshore counterparts.
