- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- 5+ years of relevant HR experience- In-depth understanding of HR practices and employment laws- Strong problem-solving and people management skills- Experience with HRMS software (e.g., Zoho People, SAP, etc.)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR compliance, and particularly for driving and implementing performance management processes within the organization.
-Design, implement, and manage performance management systems (goal setting, mid-year, and annual appraisals)
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training programs- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices- Maintain HRMIS systems and employee databases- Lead performance review cycles and assist in KPI setting- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues- Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and internal policies- Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
