Job Summary

We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years ofhands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) to manage daily accountingentries, perform reconciliation of receivables, generate ageing reports, andcoordinate collection follow-ups with clients. The ideal candidate should havestrong analytical and communication skills and be proficient in accounting softwareand Excel.

Key Responsibilities

 Record daily accounting entries related to accounts receivable andcollections. Perform daily reconciliation of customer accounts and bank receipts. Prepare and update AR ageing reports on a daily/weekly basis. Follow up with clients for overdue payments, ensuring timely collections. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts and collections. Coordinate with sales and billing teams to address invoice-related queries. Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and paymentcommitments. Support month-end closing processes related to AR. Prepare and share MIS reports related to AR performance. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and company policies in AR transactions.

Candidate Requirements

 Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable Strong knowledge of AR processes, reconciliation, ageing, and collections Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software Advanced skills in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Good communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and under tight timelines
