Senior Executive – Finance

Requirements

Desired Skills:

• Semi-qualified CA (Inter).
• 3- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Requires strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work both independently and with other personnel within the department and company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day finance operations, recording of transactions in financial system up to finalization of books of accounts of the Company and its affiliates.
• Preparing monthly invoices through collecting and utilizing information from customer agreements, service usage, and through communication with Sales and Customer Success Team personnel
• Providing administrative support with respect to the Customer billing daily as needed
• Review and accounting for subcontractor and vendor invoices based on agreement / PO.
• Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables Management.
• Weekly updating of cash flows & funds requirements.
• Weekly Bank Reconciliation & Handling the Company and its affiliates Bank accounts.
• Monthly Statutory dues remittance, reconciliation, and compliances– PF, PT, TDS, GST & any other applicable statutory dues for the Company and its affiliates.
• Preparation of Financial Statements, Monthly & Quarterly MIS / Financial Reporting.
• Preparation of Budgets, Monthly Forecasting Values and Variance Analysis.
• Supporting & Maintaining the Subsidiaries Financial data along with consolidation of financial statements of the subsidiaries.
• Liaison with external consultants, bankers, auditors and other services providers.
• Ensure adherence to, standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and policies and procedures.
• Maintain finance database / Compliance/ records management & office support.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time-to-time basis.
