Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Books and other accounting software to handle day-to-day accounting operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update accounting records using Zoho Books. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and receipts. Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payment of bills. Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Monitor and maintain general ledger entries, journal entries, and expense records. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.) and internal policies. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in payroll processing and employee expense management. Liaise with auditors and other external stakeholders as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, Accountant, or similar role. Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory. Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and compliance regulations. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
