Senior Executive - Digital Marketing

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the car rental market. Plan and manage SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and display advertising campaigns. Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging content. Analyze website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and other tools; optimize user experience. Manage online reputation, respond to customer reviews and improve service ratings. Create and send newsletters, promotional emails, and automated campaigns using email marketing tools. Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Track KPIs and ROI for digital campaigns; prepare performance reports and dashboards. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in automotive or service-based industries. Proven hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and analytics tools. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Strong understanding of content marketing, social media strategy, and lead generation. Creative thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Have: Familiarity with local SEO strategies and hyperlocal advertising. Knowledge of customer behavior in the mobility and travel sector. Experience with influencer marketing and video content creation.
