Senior Executive - Digital Marketing

Role &

1. Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

  Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and affiliate networks.

• Work with agencies and internal teams to deliver on KPIs such as ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.

• Ensure ad creatives and landing pages are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

2. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor daily/weekly campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

• Track KPIs like traffic, segments (booked seats), conversion rate, and channel contribution.

• Support

  A/B testing

  for creatives, messaging, and landing pages to optimize performance.

3. Innovation & Optimization

• Explore and recommend new platforms, ad formats, and technologies.

• Stay updated with the latest

  digital marketing, AI, and personalization

  trends relevant to aviation and e-commerce.

4. Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of

  performance marketing

  (PPC, Display, Programmatic, Social Ads).

• Working knowledge of

  Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and campaign tracking tools.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

• Good copywriting skills for ad creatives and customer communication.

• Strong project management and time management skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 46 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in

  aviation, travel, or e-commerce.

• Experience managing campaigns with large budgets and high traffic volumes.

• Exposure to airline booking funnels will be an advantage. responsibilities
