As a 360-degree marketing solutions company specializing in events and promotions for corporate clients, Triangular Dots is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Servicing and Event Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring client briefs are effectively translated into successful event strategies. Your duties will include planning and overseeing end-to-end events and activations in various cities, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, managing budgets, and maintaining meticulous documentation. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in client servicing and event management, with a strong grasp of event planning, operations, and brand activations. Exceptional communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and a willingness to travel for event executions are essential. Candidates with experience in vendor management, multi-city coordination, and a proactive problem-solving approach will be preferred.
