Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new business opportunities by conducting market research, networking, and engaging in cold outreach activities. You will be expected to build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions or products/services to meet their needs. In this role, you will be required to prepare customized business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to each client's specific needs. Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial to your success. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations is essential to ensure client success and satisfaction. Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities on behalf of the company will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be important to maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools. Your insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities will be valuable feedback for the team. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is considered a plus. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is expected.
