Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking and cold outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions or products/services. Prepare business proposals, presentations and sales pitches customized to client needs. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client success and satisfaction. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools. Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA is a plus). 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
