Senior Executive / Assistant Manager People & Culture

As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in People & Culture at Arpan, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of People Operations processes while aligning with the organization's culture and values. Your key responsibilities include: - Supporting employees throughout their journey at Arpan. - Managing onboarding, recruitment, performance management, goal setting, and engagement activities. - Ensuring compliance with all HR processes and policies. You will act as a custodian for people-related initiatives, ensuring that employees feel supported, motivated, and secure in their roles. In terms of qualifications, a Graduate or Postgraduate with a specialization in HR is preferred. Additionally, you should have at least 4-6 years of HR experience, with HR generalist experience being preferred. Social sector experience of 2-3 years is also desirable. Key Responsibilities: - Execute end-to-end recruitment processes within specified timelines. - Prepare and issue offer letters, probation contracts, and maintain accurate employee records. - Coordinate smooth onboarding of new hires and manage joining formalities. - Support in monitoring attrition data and execute exit processes effectively. - Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and resolution of discrepancies. - Implement and follow HR policies, escalate deviations, and support in resolving day-to-day HR queries. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Postgraduate with a specialization in HR. - 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably with generalist experience. - 2-3 years of social sector experience preferred. - Strong MS Office skills, including Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs. - Hands-on experience with HRMS, with Digital HRMS being preferred. The location for this role is Mumbai, and the salary range is Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 60,000 per month and above, along with other reimbursements such as Travel, Therapeutic, and Training allowances depending on level and experience.
