As a Procurement Specialist with our company, you will play a crucial role in managing vendors, negotiating purchases, and ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, you will handle pantry management, maintain vendor contracts, and support the HR team in event purchases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Negotiate on indirect purchases and recommend suitable products/services - Create purchase orders in ERP system - Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries - Validate vendor bills and process invoices - Manage pantry and consumables - Maintain vendor contracts and ensure timely renewals - Support HR team in event purchases - Control stocks and inventory of housekeeping and consumables - Order monthly meal passes and gift vouchers for employees - Manage visitor hospitality - Prepare monthly MIS reports and maintain trackers - Ensure compliance with procedures and processes **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation is required - 4-6 years of experience in indirect procurement/purchases - Hands-on experience with ERP systems - Exposure to vendor management and negotiations - Coordination with various departments - Experience in administrative works and events coordination If you are someone with excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, strong negotiation abilities, and a customer service mindset, you will thrive in this role.
