Administrative Executive

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an

    Administrative Executive, MIS Executive

    , or similar role
  • Proficient in

    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    and office management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative activities of the office
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, databases, and office records
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up action
