Employment Type

Full-time (6-month probation period followed by permanent placement)

Qualification

* Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com) – mandatory.

* Should have successfully cleared CA Inter and Articleship.

* Should be familiar with Indian GAAP and accounting standards.

Experience

4–8 years of relevant experience in accounts and commercial operations in a manufacturing/engineering/capital equipment company.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ ERP.

* Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable/payable.

* Prepare files for GST return, TDS and other statutory tax submissions.

* Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledgers monthly.

* Assist in preparing MIS reports, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.

Key Skills and Competencies

* Proficiency in Tally.

* Knowledge of compliances required for GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and PT.

* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

* Knowledge of LC documentation, import/export regulations, and logistics coordination.

* Excellent organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external coordination.

Career Path

Candidates who demonstrate strong technical aptitude, dedication, and alignment with company values during the probation period may be offered a permanent position based on management review after 6 months.
