Senior Executive - Accounts

**Role Overview:** As a Finance Specialist at Eppendorf, you will be responsible for various tasks related to process improvement, invoice processing, travel and expense management, reconciliation, compliance, and tax and audit support. Your role will involve ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and supporting internal and external audits. **Key Responsibilities:** - Undertake projects to improve process efficiency and automation. - Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Familiarity with PO and non-PO invoice processing. - Review and process expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies or employment handbook. - Reconcile vendor statements to the accounting system (e.g., SAP) and resolve discrepancies. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
