Job Description

Job Title

Senior Executive - AccountsPost: Sr. Accounts Executive.Region: Gurugram

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com from a recognized university
Knowledge of Tally Prime
Good computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email communication)
Knowledge of i-Society or similar billing software (preferred)

Experience Required

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Experience in Facility Management / Residential

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and issue invoices (Electricity Billing and CAM Billing )/debit notes to residents/clients on time
Assist with GST & TDS documentation related to revenue
Prepare GST Return I e GSTR-1 and GSTR-9 etc.
Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis.
Record and verify payment receipts in accounting software (Tally Prime / i-Society)
Track receivables and follow up for overdue payments
Maintain records of penalties, interest charges, and late fees
Maintain accurate customer ledger accounts and reconciliation
Assist in month-end closing of accounts and revenue MIS
Prepare aging reports (30–60–90–120 days) and recovery status
Support in audit queries & provide required documentation
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting standards
Communicate courteously and professionally with residents/clients regarding outstanding balances
Coordinate with CRM & Helpdesk teams for payment collection status

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong follow-up and coordination ability
